  • Lead engineer on 13-story high-rise facility, including nonlinear dynamic seismic evaluation of a moment-resisting steel frame tower with supplemental passive viscous damping retrofit solution
  • Project engineer for new 4-story telecom collocation facility, involving precast, mild reinforced concrete construction, mat foundations, and performance-based seismic design criteria utilized for business continuity
  • Directed the seismic risk evaluation of the acquisition of a 104-site industrial portfolio, scattered throughout seismically active states
  • Project engineer for a $125M water intrusion and structural defect litigation, investigating curtain wall failures, mold intrusion and structural system Code violations, and defective welded steel construction
