Professional Summary:

Ms. Renick has over 14 years of management experience in environmental and physical due diligence. Ms. Renick is responsible for managing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, physical needs assessments, mold/moisture infiltration Assessments, asbestos, lead-based paint and radon testing; and the management and administration of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and conventional portfolio transactions from initial quote process, client presentation, and coordination with operations, environmental, and engineering departments through final report and any required modifications.

Selected Project Experience:

  • Responsible for cultivating, establishing, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop and execute solutions for multiple projects, which require close communication with clients, internal inspectors, and top management. Responsible for a range of client and internal presentations.
  • Effectively managed client relationships and portfolios for the past seven years with the country’s largest multifamily property owners/managers and lenders, including AIMCO, NorthMarq Capital, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., APRO-REIT, KeyBank Real Estate Capital, and Fannie Mae. Client portfolios included as many as 25 properties.
  • Managed the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development physical inspections contract ($500K/year) from 1998-2003.
  • Responsible for daily scheduling of 12+ property evaluators within environmental and engineering departments. Relayed project information on a daily basis to both inspector and client.
